Sign me up!!!

*** Edit - I think you need to update the website( lanfest.intel.com ) to reflect the i7 line. Can I get a free one( which means a whole system, of course! ) for noticing the oversight? ...even if I invented the oversight?
I hope to be powered by one at that time anyway, just the whole money thing, you know?

Who knows... Maybe you`ll win one, not going to help your gaming, we have all seen you play... Just kidding, Bty - Our Lanfest site is going under some changes , so the processor logo will be changing... we changed the forums, and there are more changes coming soon... _________________ EvilTree

I am planning to have an all-Intel all-Small formfactor lineup soon. Atom-based miniITX general purpose computer with eSATA storage (doubling as a NAS server). Core 2 based miniITX home theater PC (which will also be my gaming rig if Intel releases a miniITX board with X4500 graphics AND a PCI-E x16 slot). If that board still doesn't exist, I'll have a new system du jour in microATX for gaming/LANs. _________________

Yeah, I decided to wait for the summer for i7 when you have a chance at getting a mobo for under $150. In the mean time I'm just going to grab a cheapo LGA775 mATX, ram and CPU for a lan box. _________________

To answer the questions yes, I am working to put on a "onsite" Oct 2009 New EngLAN event to correspond with the United way Giving campaign. I am in the early stages right now and need to get with the LPANE crew to hash out the details , but will be sending out more info soon, Check Lanfest.Intel.Com for updates and a new forum, we heard you , I will also post here... |
Why no love on the Intel forums for the Intel New EngLAN event? No forums, no event details!
I was going to post something over there, but noticed we still don't have an appropriate place!!
I'm going to do an evil CNC voodoo dance and make all our Benchman machines break down in your facilities!! _________________ No Surrender, No Retreat.

October would be pretty close, (probably harder than it was for noreaster).
December is the date I heard rumored as well. |

Uggghh...weekends in December are hard to free up. That weekend is both my company kid's party and my Sister-in-Law's annual bash. How about a slip to January after the holidays? _________________
